Welcome to AmplifyMe ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which enables users to generate videos from text and distribute them on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other supported platforms.

By accessing or using our Service, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. License & Use Restrictions

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful purposes.

    • You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute our software.
  • Use the Service to create spam, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Violate third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, privacy, etc.).

  • Copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Any applicable local, national, or international laws.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate or distribute:

  • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
  • Illegal, violent, or sexually explicit material.
  • Misinformation, scams, or deceptive practices.
  • Content that infringes on others' rights.

5. Third-Party Platforms

  • The Service integrates with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and OpenAI.
  • You must comply with each platform’s terms of service.
  • We are not responsible for content removal, account suspensions, or changes in third-party APIs.
  • By using the service, you agree to be bound by YouTube terms of service

6. Payments & Refunds

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly/annually).
  • There is a per character overage fee which will be charged on usage over the granted quota
  • No refunds for partial use, except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with prior notice.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

    • We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or errors.
  • Loss of data or profits.
  • Damages from misuse or third-party actions.
